Our compassionate team of therapists, BCBAs, specialists, and educators are here to guide you, whether you're just starting to seek answers or already have a diagnosis for your child. This is only the beginning of your child's path to progress.

Client Journey

  • Not only is this complimentary tour a chance to see the center and ask questions, but also for our team to learn about the unique needs of your child and form a plan to come alongside your family.

  • At this visit, your child will be evaluated by our team of interdisciplinary professionals in the areas of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy and Physical Therapy. You will meet each clinician and be an integral part of providing information and insight on the needs and strengths of your child.

  • We offer a Family Support Program as part of our onboarding process. This service connects families with our Family Support Specialists, creating a supportive community where you can share experiences, access resources, and receive emotional support from others who truly understand.

  • You deserve transparency. This is why we work to reduce financial barriers to therapy and make a plan together.

  • Shortly after your child settles into services, your child's BCBA will go into more detail of parent training requirements and build a schedule that works for you and your family

  • About every 6 months, insurance requires re-authorization for services. We handle all of the work on our end, but you may be asked to give some updated parent report.

  • Our Family Advocacy team hosts casual events during pick-up or drop-off to support parents with meaningful conversation and light refreshments. This is a great opportunity to stop by, say hello, or schedule a one-on-one meeting with one of our staff members.

  • At BloomKidz, we have an open-door policy and are always open to feedback. We believe in continuous improvement and encourage families to share their thoughts and suggestions so we can better support your needs and enhance our services. Your input is invaluable to us.
