BloomKidz, Inc. is a parent-founded 501(c)(3) non-profit pediatric therapy center located in Chandler, Arizona. All website materials are published to support our mission of serving children and families through multidisciplinary care, advocacy, and community education.

4. Purchases & Online Shop

  • Mission Support: 100% of net proceeds from purchases made through our online store directly support BloomKidz pediatric therapy programs and family resources.

  • Pricing & Availability: All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices, update item availability, or cancel orders resulting from typographical or technical errors.

  • Returns & Refunds: Returns or exchanges on physical store items are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Digital items, downloadable resources, or promotional materials are non-refundable.

5. Donations & Arizona Tax Credit Disclosures

  • Tax Deductibility: BloomKidz, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. Donations made directly to BloomKidz may qualify as tax-deductible charitable contributions under federal and state law.

  • Arizona Qualifying Charitable Organization (QCO) Tax Credit: If you are claiming the Arizona QCO Tax Credit (Form 321), please ensure you record our 5-digit QCO Code: 22764 on your state tax return. BloomKidz, Inc. does not provide personal tax or legal advice; please consult a qualified CPA or tax professional regarding your individual eligibility.

  • Non-Refundable Contributions: Charitable donations and tax credit contributions are non-refundable once processed, except in cases of verified duplicate or fraudulent transactions.
