Mental Health and Family Services at BloomKidz
Raising a child with autism or complex developmental needs asks a great deal of a family. Alongside the therapy your child receives, there is the home, the relationships, and the day to day work of navigating systems that are rarely built with your family in mind.
Family Services at BloomKidz exists to walk that part of the journey with you.
Bethany Epstein, Head of Family Services
Our Family Services team is led by Bethany Epstein, our Head of Family Services. The team works under the guidance of our Head of Clinical Services, Jodie Yorg, so that the support you receive stays closely connected to your child's clinical care.

What Family Services Includes
Social work and case management
Our social work support is here to help you carry the parts of this journey that live outside of the therapy room. That includes:
Helping you navigate insurance and benefits, including ALTCS, DDD, and Mercy Care
Connecting your family to community and school resources
Coordinating care across your child's disciplines so the pieces work together
Advocating for your child and standing alongside you when you need someone in your corner
Many families tell us that this kind of wraparound support is the piece they did not know they needed until they had it.
Individual counseling
Dedicated counseling support for caregivers and, where appropriate, for the children we serve, in a space that is theirs.
Family counseling
Counseling for the whole family, offered with or without your child present, depending on what would be most supportive for you.
Therapeutic groups
Small group sessions that give families and children a sense of connection and shared experience with others who understand this road.
A Note on Timing
Our social work and case management support is available now. Our counseling services are rolling out in mid to late summer 2026. As pieces come online, we will share details on scheduling, availability, and insurance or payment options, and we will communicate with families directly.
