Behavior Analyst Trainee (BAT)

Become a part of the BloomKidz mission to improve the quality-of-life and wellness trajectory for children with different abilities through an interdisciplinary, team-based approach. We exist to make families work better, so we're building the most clinically rigorous pediatric autism program in the country— and a residency that develops the BCBAs strong enough to deliver it.

We hold ourselves to a high bar: in assessments, in programming, in ethics, in outcomes. We hold our trainees to the same bar. We invest in you because our clients need you to become an exceptional BCBA. The salary, the protected study time, the residency-style ladder, the daily collaboration across disciplines exists at BloomKidz for one reason: when you sit for your exam, you are already doing the job at a level most clinicians take years to reach.

If that's the BCBA you want to become, this is the place to train.

Why BloomKidz:

Most fieldwork placements ask you to fit your training into a job. We built ours the other way around: a structured clinical residency that produces strong, confident BCBAs.

Whether you are an ASU MS ABA student starting your 2,000 hours, a virtual student looking for an in-person practicum site in the Valley, or a recent graduate preparing for your exam, the path through BloomKidz is the same: a clear ladder, real responsibility, and supervision that takes your development seriously.
